Tender description
Contracts for the Brunel Pension Partnership Funds (the client) and a company to be jointly owned by the Clients (the Company, and, together with the Clients BPP). Contract for Administrator Services for the Company and 10 custody contracts with each of the clients individually. Contract for Administrator Services for the Company and ten custody contracts with each of the clients individually. The company has now been incorporated into a Private limited Company. The administrator contract will be let for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for 3 years and then a further 2 years up to a contract maximum of 10 years. The custody services contracts will have different start dates in line with transition but have the same end date as the administration contract.
