Tender description

Islington Council is seeking to appoint 1 contractor to a single supplier framework agreement. Contracts based on the framework agreement shall follow the terms of the framework agreement including how a contract is concluded. The arrangement will be monitored against a range of indicators. The details of these indicators will be included within the contract specification and the successful organisation will need to demonstrate they have the capability and capacity to meet these requirements. The services will be required by Islington Council and other participating organisations who may access the framework agreement. Those organisations are London Borough of Haringey, London Borough of Tower Hamlets and London Borough of Waltham Forest. The requirement: A Supplier to provide On-Street/Off Street Parking Enforcement/Management resources in line with the Traffic Management Act 2004, Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and any other relevant legislation.
