Provision of International Private Medical Insurance to employees. — Full insurance provider managing underwriting and administration of the scheme. — Provide effective insurance and solutions for emergency treatments including having a relationship with a global assistance partner for evac and repat. — Additional services such as assistance with medical diagnosis questions for members regarding diagnosis or case management, and pro active member comms team. — Efficient and clear invoicing process. — Comprehensive global network of medical facilities members can access and where possible access direct settlement for out-patient claims but definitely for in/day patient via GOP. — Willing to work with British Council to effectively cost contain and manage claims. — Have online capabilities our employees can access. — Be able to provide cover for a large population including provision of claims data and analysis as and when required. — Prior experience of working with governmental organisations. — Dedicated account manager.
