Tender description
Bangor University is currently in the process of establishing the Centre for Environmental Biotechnology (CEB) that will deliver a state-of-the-art bioanalytical laboratory. This project will be co-funded by Bangor University and a grant from the ERDF West Wales and the Valleys Operational Programme. The CEB bioanalytical laboratory is looking to establish qualitative and quantitative metabolomic and proteomic capacity for a broad range of small molecule classes and proteomics applications. We require two high mass accuracy instruments that can perform at least LC-MS/MS (with UPLC/UHPLC) experiments and a supporting low resolution instrument with quantitative LC-MS/MS (with UPLC/UHPLC) capability. In addition we require statistical and bioinformatics software packages for MS-based metabolomics and proteomics applications.
