Tender description

1. 1 x 50 mW solid state 488 nm smart diode laser including additional precision optical components to couple to AOTF. 2. 1 x AOTF system with at least one output port (and ideally upgradeable to 4 outputs) and controller for use with single mode only based laser applications. The AOTF system should allow fast laser switching and camera blanking, have a USB control interface and universal safety interlock. 3. 1 x PC running Windows software with Intel multicore processor, 16 GB RAM and 2 x 1 TB 10 K RPM SATA Hard disks for capture of large datasets + SSD main drive. 2 GB high performance graphics card, Win 7 64-bit OS, keyboard, mouse and monitor. 4. The computer should be installed with software that permits control of the Nipkow Spinning disk confocal, AOTF, laser and current cameras (ANDOR EMCCD 897 and 887). 5. 2 x Grant Thermostatic Baths (5 ltr TC120-P5) 6. 1 x manually controlled inverted microscope (preferably a Nikon Ti2-U) fitted with the necessary optical components to permit C. 1. 1 x 50 mW solid state 488 nm smart diode laser including additional precision optical components to couple to AOTF. 2. 1 x AOTF system with at least one output port (and ideally upgradeable to 4 outputs) and controller for use with single mode only based laser applications.
