Kitchen & Bathroom Replacement Project

Tender description

The investment team of Westward Housing Group is currently installing kitchens and bathroom programme throughout its stock. This will be a two year scheme with the possibility of extending the contract by two periods of one year. It will be the winning contactors responsibility to deliver the works to the Westward Standard. Westward will supply a list of names and address for each years work. Westward Housing are part of the Advantage South West Procurement Consortium and as such has already undertaken the procurement of the main items to be installed. These are specified within the Westward Standard document contained within this tender. A review of the replacement profiles for our housing stock indicates that over the life of the contract approximately 700 kitchens and 500 Bathrooms will require replacing throughout Devon & Cornwall.
