Tender description
YPO was looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Managing Care Solutions. The solution will support the delivery of care services within the public sector by supporting the management of a variety of services within the care provision. YPO envisage that this framework will allow for the overall management of social care services through 1 system, this will be supported by the provider. It will include constant engagement and management, the provider will work with the authority to develop the strategic management of social care services. The solution will have the ability to manage the current framework contracts and allow for spot purchasing.
