Hire and Maintenance of Christmas Festives Lighting for Widnes Town Centre and Runcorn Town Centre

Halton Borough Council is looking for a suitably qualified provider for the hire, maintenance, storage, testing and transportation to and from a designated site for the Town’s outdoor Christmas Festive Light decorations, for a 3 year hire period. To include the design of the displays/pictures, the supply into the existing infrastructures and the testing on each festive period throughout the 3 year hire contract period. All lighting associated products will need to be guaranteed against manufacturing faults for the full term of the contract. This provision will be required for 3 years – each year the Council will require different themes for each of the contracted years.
