Tender description

Stoke on Trent CCG, currently commission a community x-ray and non obstetric ultrasound service based in Longton Cottage Hospital. This is offered on a basis of direct referral to Patients registered with GPs contracted with Stoke on Trent CCG. In order to ensure continuity of service. The CCGs are proposing to award a new contract to the existing provider for a 12 month period with the option to extend up to 6 months to allow the CCGs time to consult on the redesign of services offered from Longton Cottage Hospital before entering into a procurement exercise in the future.
