Tender description

Liverpool City Council was seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide a harm reduction service in a supported accommodation setting to people with alcohol issues. This will be a transformational programme, with the aim of remodelling, over time, the current service delivered by the Council. The current service is delivered in premises currently owned by the Council, at 2 Aigburth Drive, L17 3AA. However, the ownership and management arrangements for the building are likely to change over the lifetime of the contract. In the interim, there will be a leasing arrangement between the Council and the Contractor for the use of the building. Therefore, the Council are seeking a Contractor to provide the housing management function, in addition to the provision of support.
