Tender description

195 units of low support dispersed accommodation (to include up to 30 for young parents) at locations spread across the city. Lot 1 — 150 units. Lot 2 — 45 units. Lot 1 — 145 to 150 units of accommodation with a contract ceiling per unit of 2 820.51 GBP. Bidders are permitted to tender for both lots however will if successful will only be awarded 1, If the number of units offered across the 2 lots is greater than 195, every unit from the cheapest bid will be purchased. 3 year contract with the option to extend for up to a further 4 years, this will be made up of 2 2-year extensions (2 plus 2 plus) subject to agreement of Bristol City Council with the service provider.
