Tender description

SCC and DCC tendered for a four-year, two (2) Lot Framework Agreement for the provision of enforcement agency services to Somerset County Council (Lot 1) and Dorset County Council (Lot 2). SCC led the procurement of this Framework Agreement; however the evaluation of submissions relating to Lot 2 consisted of officers from DCC. Call-off contracts arising out of the Framework Agreement shall operate as a service concession and shall be for the provision of Enforcement Agent Services in respect of unpaid penalty charge notices (PCNs).
