Tender description

DEFRA intends to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement (‘Framework Agreement’) with up to 4 (four) contractors for the provision of BMS controls engineering services at the Animal Plant Health Agency (APHA) in Weybridge. The BMS controls work will include: Testing the field equipment and replacing where defective; Upgrading the older controllers and supervisory software to the latest Trend products; Upgrading the BMS network connectivity; Validating existing documentation and updating; Re-engineering the control software and alarms in accordance with new established site wide standards; Installing a new central BMS Control Station; The works will be implemented on 44 buildings across the site.
