Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it intends to invite tenders for its Dental xray replacement requirement later this year, with a view to awarding Contracts that will commence early 2018 for 4 years. This is for about 280 Wall mounted intra-oral radiography equipment in circa 122 locations mainly in UK and some overseas. The main part of this requirement is to: — Supply and install wall mounted intraoral dental radiography equipment. — Ensure electrical and health and safety compliance as appropriate. Team Leidos wishes to stimulate interest, information and views across the market for the completion of this requirement via this Request for Information (RFI) together with other companies whom Leidos believes may be able to provide useful intelligence on our requirement. To aid your consideration a sample list of the current requirement can be provided on request by E-Mail using the point(s) of contact within this bulletin. Team Leidos is seeking information / views and would be grateful if you could answer the following questions: Company Capabilities — Does your organisation currently cover this scope of work in the UK. — Are you currently providing intra oral dental radiographic equipment elsewhere in the Public Sector? (If so please detail where possible). — Does your organisation utilise a sub-contractor for installation and electrical work. Interested parties are invited to provide information regarding the ‘Information Requested’ and details on your company / organisation (Company Name, Address, Website, Company's House Registration Number and Point of Contact) in writing before 12:00 Hours on 20.10.2017. The information is requested to be succinct and concise as possible and should extend to bullet pointed responses only against and in line with question set; for the purpose of this exercise, no publicity material should be included within the response.
