Contract for Retained Recruitment Campaign of X10 SEO Grade Finance Roles

Tender description

The primary aim of this contract is for the supplier to successfully fill the 10 Finance vacancies advertised within the campaign with high calibre permanent candidates that have the specified relevant skills & experience and meet the required recruitment standards of the civil service at this grade. The supplier will follow all Civil Service Recruitment process and procedures and once initial selection is complete will present DfE with a shortlist of candidates for interview. The interviews will be held by DfE in October 2017 and should result in a minimum of 10 appointable candidates who are 'above the line' with regard to the core competencies and interview scores.
