Tender description

SCC is conducting procurement for Bus Lane Enforcement Infrastructure. This includes a camera enforcement back office centre IT system. Provision of supply and install of cameras at a number of existing sites where current cameras will need to be removed. In addition the contract will give the authority the potential to install new cameras at new sites. The hosted system and street equipment must be appropriately certified as an approved device by the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA), Department for Transport (DfT), and theSecretary of State for Transport. The contract does not offer a guarantee of spend and SCC will look to call off from it as and when a need arises. The Contract duration shall be up to ten (10) years comprising of an initial term of five (5) years, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years, then three (3) further optional one (1) year extensions.
