Cheshire East Carers Hub Market and Carers Engagement Event

Tender description

11th October 2017, 9.30 -3pm Crewe Alexandra Football Club. The engagement event is an opportunity for stakeholders and carers to work with commissioners to co-produce and shape the future development of Carers services in Cheshire East. Our ambition is for local service transform and improved outcomes for Carers through the development of an Integrated Carers Hub. The engagement event will include a ‘Creativity and Innovative’ session delivered by trained facilitators to explore key themes to inform the Cheshire East Service Model. Additional information and workshop activities will include: Carers Outcomes; Local Priorities; Local Needs and Assets; Procurement options; Opportunities to develop Provider Partnerships; and Carers Journey Developments.
