Tender description
Stockport Magistrates Court is in need of a caterer who will provide catering services at the Court site free of charge. The Court will provide a location at the premises for use by the caterer and there will be no rent or utility charges. The caterer will retain all profits made, however service will come at the caterer's own risk and HMCTS takes no liability for lack of profits/revenues generated. The caterer must provide food and refreshments on site for the general public/any Judiciary or Jurors that may work/visit the site.
