Tender description

This notice is for a proposed national framework to cover annual and ad-hoc servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of gas boilers for domestic properties owned and/or occupied by Scottish local authorities and Scotland Excel associate members, which includes housing associations. The proposed framework may also include non domestic properties and servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of non-gas boilers. The services under this lot will likely include, but not be limited to, scheduled and call-out servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of domestic gas boilers. The services under this framework may also include scheduled and call-out servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of domestic non-gas boilers, non domestic gas boilers and non domestic non-gas boilers. It is anticipated that the inclusion of those areas may result in multi lot framework which will be confirmed prior to release of any tender documents.
