Pre-Market Engagement. The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is currently planning to initiate a procurement process to establish contractual arrangements for the delivery of the Agri-Food Co-operation Scheme (AFCS). As part of the planning for this procurement, DAERA wishes to gain a better understanding of the feasibility of their requirements, the most appropriate approach, the capacity of the market to deliver and any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. For this reason they are inviting inviting potential service providers to complete the Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire included within this notice.
