The purpose of this Request for Information is to invite parties to detail the extent of their fibre network and to inform HEAnet as to the possible dark fibre services and commercial models they may provide. HEAnet may or may not follow up with respondents to this RFI to seek additional information or to discuss details submitted by possible respondents to this RFI.
