Tender description
Derby City Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to carry out an assessment of future retail needs within the Derby Urban Area (DUA) and to use this information to advise on future strategies relating to the City Centre, District Centres and longer term growth in the DUA. The outputs from the study will primarily be used to inform the progression of the Council’s Local Plan Part 2 but will also be used to inform the determination of planning applications, the submission of funding bids and the implementation of the City Centre Masterplan Keywords: centre, retail, study, consultancy
