TC042 - Minor Housing Adaptations

Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for Minor Housing Adaptations which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The Care Management and Provider Services, through the Independent Living Service and the Integrated Community Equipment Store, have the duty to provide modifications (Adaptations) costing less than £1000 that facilitate people with disabilities to manage around their homes. The Independent Living Service requires a Provider to fit and install a range of modifications both inside and outside the home, on an as required basis.
