Tender description

The FCA is seeking a supplier to provide a full recruitment and on-boarding service, to cover both permanent and contingent workers. In the financial year April 2016-March 2017 we recruited 1021 perm/FTC employees and hired 191 temps and 245 contractors. The annual spend is expected to be 24 000 000 GBP p.a. The FCA plan to hold a Supplier Day. This is being finalised but the expected date for this is the 11.10.2017. Suppliers must register their interest by the 4th October. The FCA is seeking a supplier to provide a full recruitment and on-boarding service, to cover both permanent and contingent workers. The FCA requires a high quality, secure, reliable, cost effective and innovative service to source experienced hires (from administrative/clerical through to management level), engage and manage our contingent worker population (temporary and contract), arrange secondments and provide full on-boarding services for all resource types. The successful tenderer should be able to provide early careers resourcing services (graduates/apprentices/interns) as this will become part of the service requirements during the life of the contract.
