Provision, Commissioning and Maintenance of a Marina Management System at the Port of Ramsgate

Tender description

Thanet District Council is seeking a suitable supplier to provide a Marina Management System at the Port of Ramsgate to meet the needs of the service, including the commissioning and ongoing maintenance of the system for a 4 year period (with option to extend year on year at the discretion of the council). The council envisages that this will be implemented in two phases: • The first phase will be as a system for the Maritime Services section up to the point of needing to produce an invoice and therefore interface with the council's current financial systems. It would be beneficial if the system could produce a quote. • Any second phase will be to undertake the two way interfacing with the financial systems used by the council. A more detailed specification on this interface will be provided at a time should the council be in a position to take this option forward. Full and further information is contained within the ITT documentation. The Contract is anticipated to commence within November 2017. The procurement will be undertaken on the basis of a Tender. All tenders will be accepted subject to the bidder providing suitable responses to pass/fail questions ensuring minimum standards are met as set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria as set out in the ITT document.
