The Contractor shall supply a physiotherapy service using suitably qualified personnel operating within the scope of their qualifications and experience, which shall be available to the Authority's entitled personnel referred from Primary Care, at Fulwood Barracks Medical Centre for up to 22 hours each week. Duration 3 years plus 2 options (Starting 01/01/2018 - 31/12/2020 (less options).
