CM/PHR/14/5446/02 — NHS Framework Agreement for Rituximab and Etanercept for Midlands and East 1.9.2017 — 28.2.2019, North of England 1.9.2017 — 31.3.2018 and South of England 1.9.2017 — 31.8.2018. Each individual National Product Code (NPC) pack description in each of the regions (London) is deemed to be a separate product for the application of the award criteria. There is no restriction on the number of products that bidders can offer for, or be awarded. The framework agreement is intended for use by the Department of Health, Public Health England and the NHS in England.
