Tender description
Luton Council (the Council) wishes to secure the most effective, professional, customer focused and cost-effective Universal Floating Support Service to achieve best value from its expenditure in the contract. The Universal Floating Support Service should be available Monday to Friday and the hours should be flexible to cater for the Service User's requirements but core hours are between 8:00 and 17:00. In the event a service user has a need extending beyond core hours, it is estimated that this will not be between 5 -10 % of the total hours.
