The scope of this lot is likely to include an end-to-end digital dictation service solution which is locally hosted and operated within a participating authority's environment / single organisation. The scope of this lot is likely to include the outsourcing of transcription services to help the participating authority reduce the turnaround time of documents. The scope of this lot is likely to include a fully managed end-to-end digital dictation service which could either be in-house or outsourced, tailored to a participating authority's requirements.
