The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to provide sufficient detail to enable you to put forward a proposal to provide Copywriting Services in relation to the NS&I Annual Report. Your response should allow NS&I to obtain a clear understanding of how well you will be able to provide these required services, together with associated costs. NS&I, an Executive Agency of HM Treasury, is looking to select a service provider that has a proven track record coupled with a flexible approach to delivering high quality, cost effective services.
