Multiple Sclerosis Management Services for Children - NHS England HSC

NHS England is inviting suitably qualified providers to apply to be a Hub Lead Centre for the provision of the new Multiple Sclerosis Management Service for Children. This procurement is split into three lots related to the regional areas of NHS England. Lot 1 - the North of England, Lot 2 - the Midlands and Lot 3 - London and the South. If there is no unit which meets the Essential Criteria within a lot, the Commissioner will arrange for the health needs of the population to be met by a provider based in another region. This will also be the case if the Provider for one of the lots is unable to provide the services to a patient (maybe due to capacity, etc), a Provider of another Lot will be required to treat that patient. This service will provide assessment, care planning and treatment including via shared care, for children with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or "MS-like" recurrent relapsing demyelinating syndrome conditions which require the same treatment approach.
