Legal Services Framework Agreement

Tender description

The Riverside Group Limited wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a number of external law firms to replace an existing framework. The term of the framework agreement, will be for three years with an option to extend for up to twelve months. The legal services are broken down into four lots: • Lot 1- Property & Development • Lot 2- Non-property including Governance, Commercial and Employment • Lot 3- Corporate Finance and Banking • Lot 4- Housing Management Tenderers can submit tender proposals for any/all lots. TRGL intends to appoint law firms to each Lot who are capable of providing high quality legal advice and who can assist TRGL to reduce its legal spend. It is an objective of this tender that TRGL will achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management of matters outsourced to external law firms.
