Tender description
The Council's aim for the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service is to deliver an integrated model that places the resolution of vulnerability in adults, young people, families and carers at the heart of the recovery process, irrespective of the presenting substance of choice. This procurement is issued under an Open Tender process in line with Public Contracts Regulation 2015, under Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for contracts for social and other specific services (Light Tough Regime).
