Tender description

This task, BB.17.16 was requested by Highways England to cover the extension of the microsimulation network to include the Chester Road junction to the north of Doxford Park junction, and extension to the south covering Seaton Lane and Dalton Park junctions. Using SYSTRA as it was previously commissioned to build a microsimulation network of Doxford Park (BB.17.04) for assessing junction improvements. This will allow Highways England to undertake future testing between Chester road and Dalton Park, at a micro (operational) and mesoscopic (demand) level.
