Review of the Grove Theatre, Dunstable, Central Bedfordshire Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) is considering its strategic approach to the provision of arts and cultural services and wants to be able to deliver a sustainable, high quality arts and cultural offer through its services and facilities. As part of this process we are seeking a consultant to review the Grove Theatre, Dunstable and provide recommendations for how a new management contract can deliver improved arts and cultural provision, with outcomes for children, young people and families as a priority area within the broader offer.
