Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice, PIN and not a call for competition. South Dublin County Council intends on going to tender within the next two months for the Operation of 2 Crèches, 1 in South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and the other in Civic Offices, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The concession is to provide Crèche/Childcare facilities for approximately 110 Children (55 in Tallaght Creche and 50 in Clondalkin Crèche) The conditions of participation will be provided in the Tender documents. South Dublin County Council is open to engagement with prospective tenderers before any tender documents issue where suggestions maybe forthcoming. Please be advised it may be necessary to communicate information gathered during both market sounding and procurement phases to all bidders, to prevent distortion of the competition or per FOI requirements.
