Ashfield District Council ADCQ17-0388 - Housing Stock Investment Model (30 YEARS) and Validation Surveys

Tender description

Suppliers are invited to bid to develop and produce a validated and warranted, robust, fit for purpose 30 year expenditure model for the repair, improvement and maintenance of Ashfield District Council's housing stock and related assets by way of update to its previous model last produced in 2013. The Council holds approximately 95% of component and attribute data associated with its domestic assets which will be used for the basis of the model. The appointed Consultant will undertake approximately 100 property condition surveys by way of validation of the Council’s data as part of the exercise.
