Tender description
Wiltshire Council is commissioning a range of services to address the needs of carers of all ages. It is seeking suitably qualified and experienced service provider, or lead provider with sub-contracting arrangements, to deliver information, advice and support to carers, including Care Act and Children and Families Act assessments. This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with the light-touch regime (LTR) rules (PCR 2015 74-77). The Council therefore confirms that the LTR OJEU threshold and timescales apply, as does certain flexibilities with regards to the tender selection and award. Keywords: carer
