Tender description

Health Education England (HEE) established the RePAIR Project to identify areas of best practice in reducing avoidable attrition and improving retention. The project, which focuses on the four fields of nursing, midwifery and therapeutic radiography, aims to increase the supply of nurses, midwives and therapeutic radiographers by supporting Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and NHS England Service Providers to reduce attrition and improve retention.
