Whg will appoint 1 supplier to provide a full Tree Mgmt Service inc: Tree, Emergency and Out of Hours Works. This tender process will be managed via our electronic tendering solution. During the process you will enter the Housing Procurement Portal (HPP) to register your org. To Enter go to: https://www.housingprocurement.com. whg are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and will not be responsible for, or pay any expenses incurred by the Bidder in the preparation of this tender. Whilst whg will use reasonable endeavours to see that all information given to Bidders is both truthful and accurate, whg in no way warrants the same and Bidders must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of any information provided. whg accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of whatever kind and howsoever caused arising from or in consequence of the use by Bidders of such information. Work required: Tree Works incl Pruning, Crown Rejuvenation, Coppicing, Pollarding, Tree Felling, Stump Treatment and similar such tree work (incl Emergency Work executed during normal working hours) ordered in accordance with the provisions of the Contract and arising during normal working hours as indicated. Emergency Work to be undertaken immediately to safeguard the well-being of tenants and/or occupiers, the structural stability and integrity of the Property, the H&S of the general public and works of a similar nature, and which arise during whgs normal working hours as indicated in the Contract Details. Out of Hours (OOH)Emergency Service means the receipt of notifications from whgs emergency call handling service of repair requests received outside of normal working hours and the undertaking of OOH Emergency Work. OOH Emergency Work means Work that is required to be undertaken outside of the Client's normal working hours as indicated in Contract Details.
