TP17/007 Passenger Assistant Training courses

Tender description

Kent County Council is looking to source a provider to run Passenger Assistant Training courses. Providers are invited to submit course outlines and costs for consideration. It is anticipated that approximately 300 new Passenger Assistants will require training each year, with typically two courses run per month from KCC venues. Please see attached documentation for specific requirements and details of current processes. It is anticipated that the current administrative processes can remain largely unchanged.
