Tender description
BIM would now like to invite tenders for PR Support Services. The successful tenderer will be admitted to a Single Party Framework. The duration of this framework will be for up to a maximum of two (2) years with the option of extending this framework for another year based on the successful implementation of strategic communications plans. There is no guarantee of expenditure under this framework and BIM at its sole discretion reserves the right to engage in a separate procurement procedure to source any services which would otherwise fall within the scope of the Framework agreement.
