Tender description

The primary purpose of this PIN is to inform suppliers of a pre-tender market engagement exercise to gain an understanding of capabilities Housing Management Solutions. PDH has recently completed a review of its core systems and applications and concluded that the core housing management system and the system used for managing customer interactions is not fit for purpose. PDH is looking at improving services and delivering efficiencies through a single configurable solution for a number of key business processes. PDH are not fully aware of the options available in the market, and are looking to gain an understanding into the products and capabilities within the market to meet the requirements. PDH would be interested to know how they could help deliver a solution to replace the core housing management systems and produce customer access functionality and increase channel choice to customers.
