Tender description
The provision of Independent Advocacy Services is a statutory requirement of the NHS and Local Authorities for people accessing services who are subject to specific legislation. The Independent Advocacy will be commissioned by the Forth Valley partners: Clackmannanshire Council, Falkirk Council and Stirling Council and NHS Forth Valley on behalf of the respective Health and Social Care Partnerships. Independent Advocacy supports people accessing Health and Social Care services to represent their own interests or represent their views when an individual is unable to do so. The Independent Advocacy will be commissioned by the Forth Valley partners: Clackmannanshire Council, Falkirk Council and Stirling Council and NHS Forth Valley on behalf of the respective Health and Social Care Partnerships.
