Domestic Servicing, breakdowns and installations of Gas Boilers for The Barnet Group (includes Barnet Homes, Opendoor Homes and other subsidiaries) approx. 9 000 properties most within the London Borough of Barnet but approx. 100 properties outside borough to be tendered in 2 lots. 5 year contract with option to extend further 5 years subject to performance and other criteria. Domestic Servicing, breakdowns and installations of Gas Boilers for The Barnet Group (includes Barnet Homes, Opendoor Homes and other subsidiaries) this lot approx. 4000 to 4500 properties to east of the London Borough of Barnet. Five year contract with option to extend further 5 years subject to performance and other criteria. Domestic Servicing, breakdowns and installations of Gas Boilers for The Barnet Group (includes Barnet Homes, Opendoor Homes and other subsidiaries) this lot approx. 4 000 to 4 500 properties to west of the London Borough of Barnet. Five year contract with option to extend further 5 years subject to performance and other criteria. Domestic Servicing, breakdowns and installations of Gas Boilers for The Barnet Group (includes Barnet Homes, Opendoor Homes and other subsidiaries) this lot approx. 9 000 properties east and west and out of borough of the London Borough of Barnet. Five year contract with option to extend further 5 years subject to performance and other criteria (if chose Not to award as east/west lots). Domestic Servicing, breakdowns and installations of Gas Boilers for The Barnet Group (includes Barnet Homes, Opendoor Homes and other subsidiaries) this lot approx. 50 (growing to 300 over next 5 years) out of the London Borough of Barnet (ie other adjoining boroughs, Bedford, Luton, Peterborough). 5 year contract with option to extend further 5 years subject to performance and other criteria.
