Provision of Services for the Maintenance of Community Equipment and the Provision of Minor Adaptations

Gloucestershire County Council has awarded contracts for the provision of services for a) maintenance & repair of loaned community equipment and b) the provision of minor adaptations from 01 August 2017. Both services will be managed by GIS Healthcare, on behalf of the ICES Partnership, in line with national best practice. The purpose of the requirement is to service and maintain community equipment on loan to people living in the community. The contract will also include the provision of a minor adaptations service covering areas such as access ramps and hand rails. We are looking for a Provider that, working with partner organisations across health and social care, can deliver a safe, effective and personalised community equipment and minor adaptations service to support people to remain in their own homes.
