** RFQ Opportunity open to Jersey Based Organisations ONLY ** The Back To Work Foundations programme operated by the Social Security Department aim is to provide paid and unpaid work experience for clients registered as unemployed by providing them with in-work skills which will improve their employability and assist them in securing, open and sustainable paid employment. The programme runs manual labour, conservation and office based projects to enable registered unemployed individuals the opportunity to develop vocational skills and progress into unsupported employment. Those clients who secure paid placements need will be issued with zero hours contract and to be paid on a weekly basis and the Social Security Department require this service to be performed by a capable and experienced external service provider Keywords: Payroll Service
