Programme Management - Delivery of the Agresso Support Model / Structure

Scope To take the recommendations for the Agresso Support Model and develop and deliver the same, working with key stakeholders, Project Manager and Business Analysts. Deliverables will include, but not be limited to: · Developing a transition plan in accordance with the recommendations and critical Priorities and delivery of the same · Ensuring functional skills / gaps are addressed in line with the recommendations · Development / refinement of any required underpinning processes The Agresso Support Model is to be embedded and operational, in order to support the Agresso Transition to full BAU, by the end of October 2017 and must be in line within the guiding principles set by the Council (i.e. enabling a future transition to a full ITIL based support model for all the council’s ICT systems).
