This concession is concerned with supply official Life in the UK test preparation products, which currently include the Life in the UK handbook, companion products and digitised versions of the same. The concession concerns the produce, print, publish, warehouse, distribute, market, advertise and promote both digital products and hard copy book versions of the current test preparation materials, ensuring that the product range is not diminished; and additionally to develop new products to drive a digital channel switch, undertaking the same listed activities with regards to them. In the scope of this contract we are interested in how different media can be exploited to improve the range of products, and their ease of access, and the benefits this could bring to the Authority and users. Physical copy handbooks remain popular and the continued existence of such products is anticipated for the life of the contract. The Authority welcomes the opportunities digital products brings to migrants and in line with Government objectives and initiatives the Authority seeks to increase uptake of digital products and alternative formats. We are keen to appoint a Contractor who can demonstrate capability to encourage and exploit digital channel shift including assisted digital solutions.
