Hywel Dda UHB is seeking costed proposals from suitable qualified and registered independent Health Care providers for the delivery of ophthalmic services within the providers own facilities. These will include the provision of pre-op assessment, minor surgery, namely Cataract Surgery and post-op service. Hywel Dda UHB is seeking costed proposals from suitable qualified and registered independent Health Care providers for the delivery of ophthalmic services within the providers own facilities and within 50 miles of the Health Board borders. These will include the provision pre-op assessment, minor surgery, namely Cataract Surgery and post-op services. The post-op service will entail nursing staff to contact patients post op to check for any complications. It is estimated that there will be approximately 750 referrals through the course of the contract.
